Growing up in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, sports were always an integral part of my life. I grew up obsessing over baseball teams and statistics while also playing the sport, and many others, throughout my childhood years. So once I reached high school, I wasn't just a baseball encyclopedia: I was a sports encyclopedia. Four years later, by the time I had graduated Nauset Regional High School, my love for sports had turned into a love storytelling and reporting about sports. And now getting to do this job for a living has only grown my love for both sports and journalism.
